Just like the rest of your body. You know when you are eating healthy food your body feels healthier, and it is the same for your skin!
 

A nutritious diet for your skin is NOT just what you put in your mouth, it’s also what you put on your skin!

Eating a healthy diet is important for healthy skin, but your brain doesn’t necessarily prioritize your skin over your other organs when allocating the nutrients from your diet.   But your skin is highly absorbent so applying nutritious diet directly to your skin, allows vitamins and minerals to penetrate deep into the skin to strengthen, repair and prevent damage at the dermis.
 
Skincare containing vitamins and minerals is not new. But most skincare brands, who claim to contain potent vitamin mix, often contain synthetic ingredients, which have been man-made in lab to mimic real vitamins (because these vitamins are cheaper and last longer on a shelf versus real ingredients), mixed with fillers, water and harsh preservatives.
