Can I return my purchase? The Answer is YES absolutely.

We have a 14 day back money guarantee. Which means if try the product and it doesn't suit your or you just don't like it, simply email us with 14 days of placing the order and let us know that you will be returning it, and send us the product back through the post!

Note a couple of things:

1.We will refund the original shipping amount but you will need to pay for the shipping to send it back to us.

2. Payment will be made once we have received the item in the post

3. We will not accept refunds where the product has been used more than 50%


1. If your purchase arrives damaged in the mail, please email us immediately with a photo and we will send a replacement

2. If your purchase arrives and smells off, please email us immediately, and once we have received the good back will review. If the product is off we will send you a replacement.

3. If you product has melted slightly please put in the fridge. Please email us with any concerns you may have.
